    walk every morning & every night….drink water or skimmilk as the only two fluids of your day.(more water than milk.) Eat small parts of low stout food. Don;t eat anything after 5-6pm. Always eat excellent breakfast first thing in the morning.Its the only meal you are allowed to delight in. Walk right after breakfast ! NO SWEETS!!!! Sorry!

    water pills, tread mill or quick-paced walking 45mins day, no table salt or high sodium foods or processed sugars, tons of veggies and fruits, no fried foods, no red meat, daily vitamins, 8 servings of water daily, no sodas (even diet), soup & salad lunches, early light dinners, avoid stress…….naturally is best.
