I'm 6' tall and average build. I was just wondering what are some ways to help me lose weight quickly, if at all possible. Some excellent excercise routines and foods for me to eat maybe some diet pills that really help you lose weight? I know drinking a glass of water an hour before each meal helps reduce your appetite but what are some other things I should try?

you just have to EAT SENSIBLY AND EXERCISE.
people have difficulty understanding that somehow…but trust me, it;'s the only healthy way.
Drinking water before meal times is not excellent really because it drowns your digestive enzymes – your stomach won't be able to digest your food properly.
