will this help me lose 10-20 pound in 41 days…? And if not what will?

I plot to do this everyday:

-stretch for 5 minutes.
-jog for a hour.
-100 push ups
-100 crunches
-100 sit ups
-play sports for a hour
-do yoga for at least 30 minutes.
-work on like handles for at least 15 minutes.
-do weights for 30 minutes.

Eat:

-wake up, have half a whole wheat bread, glass of orange juice/milk or eat cereal.
- eat 2 cups of salad with light dressing, always drink water, eat some lean chicken and always snack on carrot sticks and grapes
-for supper eat lots of veggies and salad, again lean meat, and sometimes has that tossed in with her salad
-for ‘dessert’ always has popcorn and fresh fruit.

will this schedule and diet help me lose 20 pounds?

ok i questioned this question before but didnt get a excellent response

okay now im going on a new diet because i want to lose 20 pounds
by august 20th.im startng this tomorrow so from exactly tomorrow, i have a month to do so. this is my diet schedule:-

so i read by following this it balances your diet out:-
before each meal and snack- 2 fruits/ vegetables, a handful of nuts, and a glass of ice cold water

after that eat as much as u can

breakfast:- cereal
lunch:- chicken cutless
snack:- protein shake
dinner:- barbeque beans

for working out:-

after breakfast:- 30 minutes cardio( running on treadmill)
after lunch:- 30 minutes on wii fit (strenght exercises(weight lifting), yoga)
after snack:- 30 minutes jump rope
after dinner:- hip hop abs workout (approx. 1hr)

so will this help me lose 20 pounds by august 20th?
and keep in mind that im only 15 years ancient im 5′3 and im 150 pounds
so im overwieght
and i really have a lot of energy which i dont use which got me this heavy and i eat alot of carbs
so this is cutting down alot but i can handle it cuz of my energy level and my age

so will it work?

Can someone help make me a diet plan to lose 20 pounds?

I'm 15 and I weigh about 125, but I desperately want to lose 20 pounds in the next 2-3 weeks for the summer.

Exercise wise I walk for about 2 hours a day.
& I do half an hour of yoga every other day…
I also run for about 20 minutes a day & lastly I do strength training for like 15 minutes a day.
I know I need to try and exercise more but it's so hard right now because of all my schoolwork.

Anyways, I drink tons of ice cold water. Probably 2 500mL bottles a day + 5-6 glasses.

The only thing I need to work on is my eating habits because I get tempted to eat junk food all the time.

I would really like someone to give me different meal plans / snacks for breakfast/lunch/dinner and one or two daily snacks.
I'd like to keep every meal under 150 calories.

** OH, also… I'm a vegetarian. **
