I plot to do this everyday:
-stretch for 5 minutes.
-jog for a hour.
-100 push ups
-100 crunches
-100 sit ups
-play sports for a hour
-do yoga for at least 30 minutes.
-work on like handles for at least 15 minutes.
-do weights for 30 minutes.
Eat:
-wake up, have half a whole wheat bread, glass of orange juice/milk or eat cereal.
- eat 2 cups of salad with light dressing, always drink water, eat some lean chicken and always snack on carrot sticks and grapes
-for supper eat lots of veggies and salad, again lean meat, and sometimes has that tossed in with her salad
-for ‘dessert’ always has popcorn and fresh fruit.
