I want to know how to lose 20 pounds and quick.
I’m 13 years ancient and I weigh 160 pounds. So I’m not one of those girls who are average wanting to be like 100 pounds.
I don’t really look stout either since I’m 5′7 but there are some areas that show my stout.
I want to be about 140 or even 150. Anything that seems average for my height and age.
I try to not eat in the evening but I like food. :]. I also give in a whole lot. Is there any way to stop this?
Also I like to exercise but I can’t go outside once I’m home and I’m alone by myself most of the time. Is there any exercises that arent too extreme and can be done in the house?
Also if any information on how weight can be lost in the next 3 months would be fantastic. :]
