Iv’e been working out and losing weight for nearly a year now and doing very excellent thank you very much. My birthday is coming up in 17 days from no and I want to lose around 10-15 pounds for it. I know thats only like two weeks and 4 days. But still, I really wanna look nice for a special reason.
Iv’e read a bunch of stuff and heard the truth. it isn’t healthy to lose more then 2 pounds a week. But i’m not looking for a healthy diet.
