Tuesday, June 2nd, 2009Is it healthy to lose 20 pounds in one month? I don't mean losing it by taking pills, being bulimic, not eating, or anything unhealthy. I just mean, exercising and eating healthy and losing 20 pounds….is it healthy to lose that much weight in one month? Is 20 pounds too much or does that sound about right? I'm 5'3 and 200 pounds, so I am obese. Thanks.
