Ok so i’m 16. 5′3” and 160 pounds. I do have quite a bit of muscle(than most girls) but also a lot of stout especially around my stomach. I’m going on vacation around june 20 and i NEED to lose 20-30 pounds before i leave or at least enough to lose the belly stout.
For about 1 and 1/2 months now, i have completly cut out soda. I eat alot more salads and less carbs, i’ve reduced my parts and drink a lot more water. So far, i haven’t noticed any change. I’ve lost about an inch in my waist and people say i look a small slimmer but my weight hasn’t changed and my clothes aren’t any looser.
Anyway, so if i include running/jogging/walking for an hour each day.
Including 50 crunches and 50 leg lifts, will i lose 20-30 pounds by june 20th. And if not that much, how much can i lose by then?
Any other suggestions?
And please don’t give me the ” it didn’t take 2 months to place it on so it don’t try to lose it that quick” speech. I know and i tried starting earlier but each time i failed. But i’ve been really committed in the past month and i’m willing to continue till june and even after(though not as rigid).
So in recap, if i do this each day:
50 crunches
50 leg lifts
combination of walking/jogging/running for an hour
and eat:
An apple or all-bran cereal with soy milk for breakfast
A salad or sandwich (turkey wrap no mayo or dressing) for lunch
carrots for a snack
Bake chicken or fish with veggies for dinner
snack of a grape fruit (about 2 hours before bed of course)
And drink 5 bottles of water each day,
will i lose the weight?
