I’m not implying crash diets because I can never follow through with them and I always gain the weight back. My family has the tendency to gain weight quickly, but for the summer we’re going on vacation to South America.
Now, I need to lose approximately 20 poounds in about five weeks healthily, and I was wondering how I can do this healthily?
Will eliminating meats help? Do certain foods have the tendency to increase metablistic activity?
