I want to lose 20 pounds in 2 months. I reckon that’s reasonable because it’s like losing 10 pounds each month. The only thing is, I am not sure how to do it. I am thinking about strength training for my arms, abs, and thighs for 3 times a day, and running a mile every day. If you have any thoughts for excercise, like cardio thoughts, that would be awesome. Also, I am not sure how to eat (besides healthy). By just eating fruits and veggies, will I lose weight? If you could give me a diet that works that would be awesome. THanks!

Saturday, May 15th, 2010i have been doing like a few excersises a day, but its not enough. i’m involved in gymnastics once a week for 2 hours and i work hard and do lots of conditioning skills, but i’m still a small chubby in my stomach, i’m a picky eater, so i really don’t eat all that terrible, and i drink tea and water only. but i still need some extra help to reach my goal. so if you can please help, i would highly appreciate it.

Can i lose 10 to 20 pounds in about 1 to 2 months?
Saturday, April 24th, 2010-If i run the treadmill 3 times a week in the mornings for about 30 to 40 minutes.
-do reps of situps every day 20 then 25 and 40 to end.
-Lift 80 to 100 pounds of weights every other day
-Eat 3 to 4 small meals a day with vegetables on the side
(ive been doing this for 1 week and a half and have only lost 1 pound)
-I weigh 153 pounds and am 5 foot 5
i guess i questioned the incorrect question but yeah i want to lose body stout and gain muscle too.
