I’m not overweight but I need to lose 10-20 pounds, I’m not in a rush but it’d be nice to know by when I should start seeing results. This is what I’ve been doing starting last week:
Breakfast: Around 7 AM, small wheat bread tuna salad sandwich and a banana.
Lunch: Around 1 PM Banana and grapes
Go to the gym around 4 PM(6 times a week), I do 35 mins of stair-master, 20 mins on bike, and 20 mins speed walking on treadmill.
Dinner: around 5:30, Brown rice, lettuce, onion, and either grilled chicken/oven roasted chicken/ or tuna
Around 8:30 I eat a banana and that’s it I’m off to sleep around 11 PM
Also, every day I drink one glass of diet Pepsi , and a 700 mL water bottle
sorry forgot to add I’m a 19 year ancient male

Is it possible to lose 10 pounds (or more, if possible) in 24 days (spring break!) if i ;
-eat healthy, (my thought of healthy is lots of vegetables, fruit and water, no pop, no cookies, cake, canned foods, etc) and how many calories should i eat a day?
-and jog on a mini trampoline for 2,5 miles roughly everyday (30 mins)
-and do a few lunges and a few simple yoga poses,
is it possible to lose the weight if i do that everyday?
oh and btw, im 14, 5′2″, and 130 lbs.. and please don’t be like, oh you’re only 14, you don’t need to lose weight. i am choosing to be healthier, and im plotting on losing the weight in a healthy way, not by starving myself.
