Ok, so i am going on a diet. so i eat 1000-1200 calories or so and i exercise in the pool for about 1-2 hours daily. I also run/jog/walk for 3 or so miles daily. and when i say so i mean maybe 3 1/4 mile.And do about 300-400 crucnches daily. i also jump rope for 10-15 minutes daily. But anyway. I need to lose 20 pounds in about 9-10 weeks,
For the food part.
I am basically just eat veggies with a limited mount of friut cause fruits have sugar in them. But anyway. I quit all red meat and basically just eat grilled chicken, and turkey.
But i eat about 4 meals a day, every 2 hours limiting them to about 200 calories each. .
i do:
Breakfast-10:00am
Snack: 12:00 pm
Lunch: 2:00pm
Snack: 4:00pm
Dinner: 6:00pm
i never eat later than 7.
And I only drink water, sometimes these packets i bought that are like 10 calories each, its a drink mix, and its healthy.
So will this work, i am also 13. if that makes a difference.
