Road trip! Eat healthy — anywhere
Whether you’re heading to a spa for a girls-only weekend or chugging down the highway in a car full of Disney-crazed kids, a road trip is the ultimate rite of summer. But along with the classic rock blasting on the radio, road trips often involve the kinds of food you’d never reckon of eating at home–neon-orange cheese curls, mega-ounce slushies, unidentifiable dried meat in a plastic pack.

Can i lose 20-30 pounds by june 20 this way?

Ok so i’m 16. 5′3” and 160 pounds. I do have quite a bit of muscle(than most girls) but also a lot of stout especially around my stomach. I’m going on vacation around june 20 and i NEED to lose 20-30 pounds before i leave or at least enough to lose the belly stout.
For about 1 and 1/2 months now, i have completly cut out soda. I eat alot more salads and less carbs, i’ve reduced my parts and drink a lot more water. So far, i haven’t noticed any change. I’ve lost about an inch in my waist and people say i look a small slimmer but my weight hasn’t changed and my clothes aren’t any looser.

Anyway, so if i include running/jogging/walking for an hour each day.
Including 50 crunches and 50 leg lifts, will i lose 20-30 pounds by june 20th. And if not that much, how much can i lose by then?
Any other suggestions?

And please don’t give me the ” it didn’t take 2 months to place it on so it don’t try to lose it that quick” speech. I know and i tried starting earlier but each time i failed. But i’ve been really committed in the past month and i’m willing to continue till june and even after(though not as rigid).

So in recap, if i do this each day:
50 crunches
50 leg lifts
combination of walking/jogging/running for an hour

and eat:
An apple or all-bran cereal with soy milk for breakfast
A salad or sandwich (turkey wrap no mayo or dressing) for lunch
carrots for a snack
Bake chicken or fish with veggies for dinner
snack of a grape fruit (about 2 hours before bed of course)

And drink 5 bottles of water each day,

will i lose the weight?

I wanna lose 20-30 pounds as fast as i can but still have it be healthy and not screw up my motabolism?

I weigh about 137.8 pounds and i’m tired of looking in the mirror and seeing a nice huge gut there and huge theighs. I want to get into like 117 or 120 pounds where most of the other girls my age are at. I’m 15 and i despise the way my body looks. Please help and give me tips on fantastic healthy ways to lose those pounds!!

ok so im 12 and weigh 105 pounds and im a flyer in cheerleading. except im not the kind of flyer i want to be (that means i just stand on someones leg) and its because all the other girls on my team are really skinny. so my goal weight is 85 pounds or less. and i dont want anyone saying its unhealthy or i shouldnt do it because its too much weight. I would like results. so if you can tell me everything i dont like things that just tell you the meals and not the recipes and daily meal plans. so if you could tell me recipes meal plans grocery list and especially if you know how to lose 1000 calories in one workout session that would be fantastic.and it has to be a 1600 calorie diet srry im asking for much im just serious about this. and pluse people keep calling me stout and i dont like so plz answer b4 tuesday.

what can i do to lose 20 pounds in 3-4 weeks?

im going to be 14 in a few days and im 5'1 and 3/4 and im 123 pounds and i just what to know what to do.so what do you reckon i should do.. BUT NO RUNNING, or pills or exercise equipment or nothing like that! i despise running…. do i walk every day for like 3 house but in sets? or what? and i do martial arts 5 days a week and 2 houres a day, but im off this week….

and i wanns lose weight cause online it said the average person my age and hight should be 103 pounds..and im in a family that has a grandmother that thinks all her grand kids are stout and im the largest one! (out of the girls) and my causein is 103 and she was crying one night cause she heard my grandmother called her stout (well she called all the grand kids stout) but i really want to lose weight.. dont say i need to get help or something cause i am pritty huge…. lol can you guys help… thanks!
and i hardy eat junk food! i dont drink soda and i dont eat candy…
