Wednesday, June 10th, 2009i want to lose 20 pounds in 3-4 weeks and yes i know if may be unhealthy but i want to be in shape for swimsuit season. do you reckon i can lose the weight if i exercise everday..like lunges, 500-1000 crunches, pushups, and a 30 minute quick walk? my diet will be no pasta or high carbs, a LOT of fruit and vegetables, celery..etc. is this possible? i weight 135 pounds and i'm 5 ft. 3 in. please help! i need some advice!

Monday, June 1st, 2009i honestly don't care about how unhealthy it is…i've been trying to lose weight all year and nothing is working…i have 2 weeks to lose 20 pounds…what do i need to do? i'm out of school so i have all day to work out…will eating nothing but fruit and vegetables and burning 4000 by running/walking on a treadmill have me lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks? all i'm looking for is a yes or no…i know its not healthy so you don't need to preach.
