well im 14 and im 200 pounds exact….i sometimes eat chips 4 times in 7 days….well i want to know how can i lose 10-20 pounds in 2 months….what type of exercises should i do… how many hours?….how many days

I know to lose weight and be healthier in general you need to eat better foods, sometimes eating less, as well as exercising more.
I want to get more physically fit, it will make physical activity simpler (on my heart and lungs) and I reckon I will feel better in general.
Right now, all I seem to do is eat and sleep, I’m tired a lot and don’t get much exercise at all.
As for my weight, I am a 16 year ancient girl that is 5′7″ and 135 pounds. I have unsightly stout in some places, in order of ugliness:
-Stomach/like handles
-Thighs
-Upper arms
-Face/neck

What kind of exercises should I do to decrease the amount of stout in these places? How can I go to school, come home, exercise, take a shower, and then still be able to do homework without falling asleep? What foods should I cut down on or eat more of to help? How many calories a day should I be getting at my age? I’m a vegetarian, by the way.

It’s not that it’s not possible for my body to weigh ten pounds less at my height, I was about ten pounds less at this height about three years ago.

Answering any of these questions to improve my health and lose weight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!

I know I am overweight but I used to be 161. I lost 25.5 pounds in 5 months only by eating healthy and going outside shooting hoops a few times a week at different times. But I want to become at least 125 before school starts up aug. 26th. What would be a excellent exercise routine I do on a treadmill? I have a bike so I can ride my bike for a certain amount of miles as well. So please tell me how many miles I should ride my bike a day and how many miles I should walk/jog/run for on a treadmill and maybe what exact speed? (2.5,3.0 etc.) Also, maybe how many days I do both those exercises during the week. I really need your advice and opinion on what to do, especially if you have experiance from this, if not please give a excellent reasonable amount that should work for losing 10-20 lbs(with eating healthy) before august 26th. Please help me, and thank you so much.

I want to know how to lose 20 pounds and quick.

I’m 13 years ancient and I weigh 160 pounds. So I’m not one of those girls who are average wanting to be like 100 pounds.

I don’t really look stout either since I’m 5′7 but there are some areas that show my stout.

I want to be about 140 or even 150. Anything that seems average for my height and age.

I try to not eat in the evening but I like food. :]. I also give in a whole lot. Is there any way to stop this?

Also I like to exercise but I can’t go outside once I’m home and I’m alone by myself most of the time. Is there any exercises that arent too extreme and can be done in the house?

Also if any information on how weight can be lost in the next 3 months would be fantastic. :]
