How Do I Lose 10 pounds in 5 days?

Sunday, May 2nd, 2010

Okay. I’m 19. 5′6″. 142 pounds.
I want to get a jumpstart on losing up to 20 pounds total, but I have something coming up in a week, so I want to get the first 10 pounds out of the way. Quick. I know it’s possible. I’ve done research, but I’m looking for a simple step by step **diet or exercise** to help me reach my goal. If anyone could help, I’d greatly appreciate it. :)
Thanks.
Very low calorie intake, lots of working out and PLENTY of water. Sound about right? :)
Also, running is out of bounds for me. I have terrible knees (osgood schlatters), and my shins hurt extremely terrible after the first 10 or 15 minutes (shin splints). Probably because I played an extreme amount of sports for 8 or so years.
