Ok so I just found out that our new cheer outfits run small and we get them in a week. I do not want to be embarressed and have to have mine not fit so i need to lose 20 pounds or like 10-15 inches in 7 days. I weigh 175 right now and i am 13. I am huge…but not my entire body…just my stomach and my legs are huge. I need to lose most of my stomach so I can fit into our cheer outfits by monday! HELP ME!! No diet pill suggestions please.

Friday, September 18th, 2009i have 3 weeks to lost 20 pounds. my doctor has given me till nov. 27th to lose 10% of body weight before upcoming surgery. im finding this hard. i am replacing one meal a day with a protein shake per his orders yet dont seem to be losing any weight. any tips suggestions for me? should i try a diet pill? if so which??
