I really need to lose 20 pounds in 10 days no matter what. it is a wrestling things..
Breakfast: 1 milk, 1 water, 1 egg
Snack: Glass of water, 1 carrot
Lunch: Glass of water, 1 carrot
Snack: 1 glass of water
Snack: 1 glass of water
Dinner: 1 glass of water, 1 glass of Milk
Snack: Water/Carrot
PLease i really need your help, i will also do 200 crunches, 10-20 minutes of tredmil, and 1 mile walks a day….
and I will drink Unlimited Diet Coke=)
Is it possible… if u are going to lecture me about "its unhealthy" "you should lose 2-3 pounds a week" get a reality check.. its not a choice… I MUST LOSE 20+ pounds in 10 days.. preferebaly 25 pounds
