All I can do here in Riyadh(Saudi Arabia) is walk around my house!!!!! I havent got any machines or stuff……!!!!!!!! Can I try out a strict diet plot without exercise???????
same thing here…….my parents both of them have diabetes and i’m already 63 kg(just 18)…..wanted to maintain it otherwise the doctor said that I might also get diabetes!!

Tuesday, June 16th, 2009I was at 168 a month ago and am now at 148. I eat three times a day but have been eating healthier and more vegetables im 18 and 5'11' i knew i would lose weight, but this much?
its not diabetes i know that cuz i got that checked out. and no history of it so yea.. i drink A LOT of water and i lift weights 3 times a week and run/walk/jog 3 times a week. i am also recovering from surgery and am in the process of heavy medication to kill off an internal cyst.
