I am 15 yrs. ancient and finally want to do something about my weight, my goal is to drop 20 pounds it in less than a month. Is this possible? For the record i am 5′10 weighing in at 167 pounds with my BMI at or about 23.7. I believe i am at 25% body stout. Can anyone help me?

I just got of this diet which i lost 25 pounds on. i am 5 foot 4 in. and i weigh 135 pounds and i am 5 ft. 4in. i want to lose body stout but how? and how much do i need to lose. i also want to tone up. and Thoughts?

Can i lose 10 to 20 pounds in about 1 to 2 months?

-If i run the treadmill 3 times a week in the mornings for about 30 to 40 minutes.
-do reps of situps every day 20 then 25 and 40 to end.
-Lift 80 to 100 pounds of weights every other day
-Eat 3 to 4 small meals a day with vegetables on the side
(ive been doing this for 1 week and a half and have only lost 1 pound)
-I weigh 153 pounds and am 5 foot 5
i guess i questioned the incorrect question but yeah i want to lose body stout and gain muscle too.
