Thursday, January 21st, 2010The surprising reason why being overweight isn’t healthy

How can I lose 20-30 pounds this summer?
Wednesday, July 1st, 2009I am 6′ tall and I weigh 210 pounds. I am a 15yr ancient male. I want to lose about 20 or more pounds because I am sick of being overweight. Basically I want to be able to fit into clothes like Hollister and look excellent in them. Ha. My current plot is to eat under 1500 calories a day, and jog 3 miles every day (that burns about 500 calories for me). If you know of a better plot please tell me! I have been looking around online for diet/excercise tips but everything online is just a bogus lose weight quick advertisement. Thanks!
