I wish to lose 10 – 20 pounds. How soon can I lose this?

Sunday, March 28th, 2010

Here’s my day to day plot, please tell me if there is anything I can do to make it better. I am 14, and 5″3.5 and 160 punds.

I get up, and have breakfast within 10 minutes. I usually have either oatmeal, or cereal like shreddies (I don’t have milk with it though, through preference though, not because of my ‘diet’)

Then, after 20 minutes or so, I do some HIIT exercise (High intenseity interval training) for 15 minutes.
Then I have to leave for school.
During the day, I proberly do about 15 minutes walking when I’m not sitting at my desk.
For lunch, I either have a wrap or whole meal sandwich and a cheese twist.

When I get home (About 4:30 ish) I do another 15 minutes of HIIT. Or If I’m tired, just some aerobic exercises.

While I’m watching TV, I use a twist board. Not sure what it does exactly, but it burns more calories than just sitting down.

For dinner, I have what is fed me. It is healthy and varied though.
All in all, I proberly have about 1700 – 1800 calories a day.
Oh, and of course I drink plenty of water during the day.
Also, not sure if it makes much difference, but I often have a couple of eggs for breakfast.
@ the_only…
Thanks for your answer, but I’ve read many times you can break up your exercise routine and it’s just as effective. And it’s reccomended HIIt isn’t done for more than 15 minutes anyway, at least at fist.

How soon do you think I can lose 10-20 pounds with this?

Also, how much do you reckon I can lose by the end of october?
I also have about 2 hours of PE at school during the week too, and swimming for 50 minutes once a week.
And sometimes, I have to bring in a packed lunch, what are some tasty, simple things I can place in it?

Stout Burning Furnace – Lose 20 Pounds of Stout Quick with This Speedy Technique!

Learn How to Lose 26 Pounds in 7 Weeks!

If you want to lose 20 pounds of stout quick, it is vital to stay away from long duration aerobic exercises. Instead, look into doing small duration high intensity exercise routines that will be more effective in the long run. The majority of people trying to lose weight still practice “long duration” exercises when in fact this is one of the worst ways to exercise. Recent studies show that for efficient weight loss, small-burst exercises are the way to go. There are two main reasons for this:The first is that when you exercise at a moderate pace for an hour or more, your body only burns stout during the workout, the stout burning doesn’t continue after you stop.

Long duration exercises really send a signal to your body telling it to store stout until you do another long duration workout. The truth of the matter is that you need to start focusing on high intensity, small-burst workouts. These are usually only 15 minutes long, can be done 2 or 3 times a week and if done for 7 weeks can make you lose 26 pounds. The key is that these types of exercises do not burn stout, they burn carbohydrates! This will cause the body to burn calories for the next 24 hours, even though you are not on the treadmill.

The problem is that you need to do these exercises correctly in order for them to be effective. Rob Poulos has released a program called “The Stout Burning Furnace” that clarifies how to do the exercises step by step as well as teach you a new eating system that also burns calories more efficiently. The Stout Burning Furnace is the beginning of a new wave of diet and exercise systems that only require half the effort of conventional programs, yet deliver twice the results. If you want to easily and effortlessly lose 20 pounds of stout quick, look into using these intense small duration workouts at home. With small burst workouts, you will save a lot of time and achieve your weight loss goals quicker.
