Wednesday, November 4th, 2009Okay so I was in the hospital for a while and I place on a small weight. The doctor said I can diet and exercise again so I really wanna lose the weight because honestly, I can’t afford to buy new clothes.
So here’s my plot. Eat mostly fruit, vegetables, salads, beans, poultry. I’ll severely limit junk food and starches (I’ll allow myself one cheat day so I don’t feel deprived). I’ll drink mostly water and tea and have an occasional cup of coffee. I’ll limit my caloric intake to about 1050-1200 calories a day ( the doctor said this was okay)
For my exercise I plot on running 7 hours a week (probably alternating between walking and running first because I’ve been sedentary for a while, even though I’ve always been a runner). I’ll also do strength training for about 20-30 minutes a day roughly.
If you don’t like the plot. That’s fine. BUT I would really like to hear how long you reckon it will take me to lose 20 pounds if I do THIS plot. I’ve heard from multiple doctors that it’s okay to lose more than 2 pounds a week as long as I do it responsibly and I’d really like it if I could lose more than that a week with this plot.
Just in case, I’m 5′3. I currently weight 144 and I used to weigh about 125

In addition, make sure to sleep enough hours (7 at the least), and drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. This will help in the weight loss process.
If you do all those things, you can expect to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks.

How do I lose 20+ pounds?
Monday, October 5th, 2009My doctor said that I will be at a ideal weight if I lose 20 pounds. I eat healthy already, but I don’t have enough time for exercise. I walk places about 30 minutes every day, but other than that, I don’t get much.
I eat 2000 calories a day. I don’t know how to diet-I just eat too much! What can I do? (Natural appetite suppressants? Or just willpower?)
Please help me lose weight!!
