You need to burn 500 calories more than you eat per day for a week to loose 1 pound. So if you figure out how many calories you burn during your day, and then subtract 500 from that total, that is how many calories you will need to eat every day.
Realistically is it not safe to loose more than 2 pounds per week and it is very hard to loose more than 1 pound per week. So with strong discipline and hard work you might be able to loose 20 pounds by the end of August.
Also, I am 5'2 as well and reckon you should not loose more that 15 pounds. 20 would bring you down to the more underweight side of the weight/height chart and could be detrimental to your health.
