PLZ help i wanna lose 20 pounds quick!!?

PLZ help i wanna lose 20 pounds quick like in a month or 2. I always like stop eating then the next day i feel all skinny and fantastic but then i eat something and get stout again. PLZ help i wanna lose 20 pounds. I'm not stout everyone says but i reckon i am and i wanna b skinny and stay skinny. PLZ tell me wat i should eat like excatly not just like frits like wat kind of fruits and tell me wat exercises i should do and wat not to eat. Thank u i know im being alll hype and stuff but i really wanna b skinny.

    when you say that you stop eating… you sound like you might have an eating disorder. don't skip meals!! it slows down your metabolism and it will take you longer to lose weight. one quick way to cut out a lot of calories is too stop drinking soda, juice and any other high-calorie drinks. drink plenty of water everyday and you won't be as hungry.
