Please tell me the FASTEST way too lose 20 pounds!?

Hey I'm a 16 year ancient girl and I always used to be 120 now I'm 134. I am not overweight and I can fit into most size small shirts, don't worry I'm not one of those people who will starve themselves if they get over a certain weight….the weight isn't really what matters. I've always wanted to have abs but could never get them and theres other area's that would just look better minus a couple of pounds, so can anyone suggest the FASTEST (yes I'm stressing quick..I'm not patient srry =P) way to lose 10-20lbs and to SEE my abs????

no i do not plot on cutting of any body parts or becoming bulimic
yes i do know right beauty comes from within
I want to lose weight cause I'D feel better I already have a bf who likes how i look, but I'd rather have perfect abs just cuz lol.

if i don't come back and post who had the best answer thanks to all who said running eating right/less etc…I did that last year and it worked pretty well, but it takes me a while to get into the whole running thing but I guess I'll give it a go…ty again

    -eat (slowly, chewing every bite)a lot of small meals through out the day
    -don't eat for 3-4 hours before you go to bed
    -get lots of sleep
    -drink A LOT of water (this will cleanse your kidneys which burn stout, and make you less hungry)
    -vary how much you eat every day to "trick" your metabolism
    - don't starve yourself too much, or you will binge
    - run a lot alternating between jogging slowly, jogging quickly, and sprinting (don't run every day or you'll ruin your knees- run 4 days a week for best results)
    -do sit ups
