ok i am 22 years old 5′8″ and weigh 297 pounds . i am desperate to lose weight the healthy but quick way?

a few years ago i was on a strict diet and i reckon i would take in 500-700 calories a day (but i wasnt doing it on purpose i mean it could have been more but i cant reckon of what the exact numbers were)
i would only eat special K twice a day with a ton of water fruits and vegetables.
i would work out on the treadmill pretty much every single day and burn like 300-to maybe 400 calories on there.
i lost 20 pounds in a month but im now wondering if that was safe for me i mean obviously i gained the weight back but it was a gradual process the weight just crept back up over time

my question is considering how huge i am is this safe to do?? the whole 500-700 calorie only fruits and veggies and some kind of meat for protein( or some other form of protein) i here other people say its unsafe but this is for people who maybe have less to lose i really wanna lose this weight and i dont wanna do pills or anything
i wanna walk at least 60 min. twice a day also is it terrible to burn alot more calories than you take in??
i stopped because i had went and i had no more gym membership
you see for me moving is really impotant thats how i can really lose weight its not like i sit down and eat a absolutley ridiculous ammount of food like what most people reckon stout people do i know the starches and white foods are terrible though

    I reckon what you were doing before wasn’t a terrible thought, but why did you quit doing it? It seems like you tried to be too excellent about what you ate and how much you were exercising. When someone who isn’t used to going to the gym or eating 100% starts doing so pretty much all of a sudden, it’s only a matter of time before they can’t keep it up anymore. Try going to the gym 4 or 5 times a week to start so you have a few days off. Also, don’t be worried to eat the odd thing that isn’t excellent for you, just do so in moderation. Your goal is to lose weight, not punish yourself. In addition, eating meat or fish won’t hurt you, for instance, have a chicken breast and a salad for supper. Or a steak with a salad, just avoid the pasta’s and potatoes..that’s what makes you stout
