Is it healthy to lose 20 pounds in one month?

Is it healthy to lose 20 pounds in one month? I don't mean losing it by taking pills, being bulimic, not eating, or anything unhealthy. I just mean, exercising and eating healthy and losing 20 pounds….is it healthy to lose that much weight in one month? Is 20 pounds too much or does that sound about right? I'm 5'3 and 200 pounds, so I am obese. Thanks.

Forget that it's not healthy, I don't even reckon that's possible. Maybe if you weighed 400 lbs.! Your body needs a minimum of 1200 calories a day just to breathe, poop, etc. If you don't eat that much it will hang onto stout. Stay with 1200 calories a day, 1400 if you exercise, and you'll probably lose 2-3 lbs. a week at first, then it will slow down to 1-2 lbs. a week. So 10 lbs. this first month is probably doable.
