i skateboard nearly all day.i jog 5 miles a day.do 30 push-ups and 50 sit-ups every night.stopped eating junkfood and im gonna stop drinking soda.i dont really eat vegetables.i drink like 3 cups of water a day.i know i should be drinking 8 cups a day.will this help me lose 20 pounds in 2-3weeks?

my height is 5'3.. im 135 pounds
and i dont eat candy,quick food,junk food etc.
