If I cut out sugars and gluten out of my diet can I lose 20 pounds in three weeks, or at least a month?

I also exercise for an hour to an hour and a half, 5 times a week. Is there anything else that I need to do? I already know to eat fruits and vegetables, and to drink lots of water. Any more suggestions?

    you won’t lose 20 pounds of stout in a month….at the most you will lose 10-15 pounds (depending on how over weight you are) and most of that will be water weight..it is only healthy to lose 2 pounds a week, eat 1200-1500 calories, eat 5 times a day to keep the metabolism going at its fullest….
