i want to lose weight in 10 days, like for an event. just 10-20 pounds because i gained weight lately?

i dont care if its unhealthy. idc if i’ll gain it back. i just found out about it yesterday and i really need to lose the weight to impress someone. are there any pills that will work? or cleansers? like from rite aid or cvs
i heard ot the 3 day red carpet diet does it really work
and what about slimquick cleanser
i dont care if its unhealthy so please dont lecture me on how unhealthy it is. if you know any that work please tell me

    try to have a strict diet with fiber and grains with natural fruit juices and complex carbohydrates exercise everyday for an hour and maybe try yoga it may make you lose weight and be confident hoped i helped
    also eat small parts every other hours to keep you from getting hungry , hungry means more eating and no fats quick food or try less fried foods

    stay under 600 calories a day and exercise. you want to lose that much weight in ten days… that’s the only way you’re gonna do it. whatever you eat- no matter how healthy you need to stay under 600 calories. drink water. make sure to keep hydrated. take vitamins. the 600 calorie a day diet can be perilous if continued for a long time but if you’re doing it for just 10 days you’ll get your maximum weight loss results.

    you’re not going to lose 10-20 any other way. trust me. all that pill and w.e crap from cvs- doesn’t do anything but give you caffeine and other stuff to make you heart rate quicker and heat up your body- which helps a small- but if you continue eating the same way… no. slimfast- no- those things are so sugary… drink coffee, black with sweet & low… that’ll curb your appetite a bit. if you want a sure way to make sure you stay under 600 calories… just eat lean cuisine meals- they have the calories on the back. try to get the lowest calories possible 180 each – so that you can have three per day- and then just have celeray. not carrots cause they’ve got lots of sugar.

    If you’re trying to lose like 20 pounds or so I highly recommend that you try hoodia. Many have lost more so this should be a no brainer for you.
