I want to lose 20 pounds in 10 weeks?

What kind of weight loss plot should I follow?
How many calories should I intake a day?
What type of foods would be best?
What type of workouts should I be doing?
I currently weigh 147.8 pounds and I am about 5′5

    An all liquid diet is very effective.

    But just exercise and eat healthy food.
    Try joining a gym.

    Just burn more calories then you take in.

    Eat celery, it helps =)

    Well the very first step for doing such kind of things is a positive and a strong will to loose weight. What i belive in is that everything starts and stops at the mind and the mind power alone is capable to give you the desired results. If you are strong willed then go ahead make a weekly chart to track your weight and measurements. Once the will exists, the urge to eat fatty foold will reduce and so for food with high carbohydrate contect. Cut out that Red meat, Cheese, Oils, fried stuff and yes include a walk of 25 to 45 minutes.

    You have to make a deficit of 1,000 calories a day!

    Start walking and don’t stop for 5 weeks. Turn around and come back. I don’t know if that will work but probably as well as any other plot.

    swim or run…..cardio and crunches…….and take in 900-1000 calories per day. your body automatically burns off 900 throughout the day, so whatever exercise you do will just be losing weight. excellent luck!

    try to eat lean protein, fruits and vegetables. don’t eat simple carbohydrates ( pasta, bread) because they don’t keep you full for a long time and they have no nutritional value. do cardio workouts like running, walking, or bike riding. also try to do some weight training.

    eat 2900 calories per day but excersise as much as you can.
