Well exercise is the main thing to do to lose weight but if you sweat a lot you can also burn calories. If you eat a rite amount of food, and if your hungry or something you should eat celery since celery is mostly water and takes more energy to digest then while it’s digesting that, it’ll help you lose a small weight but if you eat nothing and just eat celery, then you’ll really be gaining more weight they you plot to burn off. Just eat normally and just add a small celery to your diet
