I need to lose 20 pounds, fast. What’s the fastest way to do it?

I'm 5'8" and 150 pounds right now. My ideal weight is 130 pounds. I'm attending a wedding in two weeks and I want to look my best. Please, please help me get rid of these 20 extra pounds. What do I need to do?
Dear Grace, I'm worried of taking pills because I have high blood pressure and I don't know how these diet pills would affect me.
Dear Priscilla, I really don't have the money right now to register on a diet/exercise web site. I know you're right about losing and gaining weight afterward if I do it the "incorrect" way; but, I'm desperate…I'm thinking I could drink slim quick for these two weeks, maybe?
Dominique…you're too amusing! LOL. Thanks, but you'd have to see how terrible (terrible) my clothes fit right now.
To: undeadprincesssx, That's exactly what I've been trying to do (part control) because I do tend to overeat…terrible habits. I might have to buy a food scale or something to measure my food.

    Although you aren't overweight at all, watch how you eat. I know that's so cliche, but seriously, I lost 6 pounds in a week and a half from just watching my parts.

    - only have one serving, no seconds.
    - use smaller plates
    - don't eat anything out of a bag, because
    you don't realize how much your really eating.
    - cut down on sweets.

    and you can go on jogs or do crunches.
