i need a really good diet to lose about 10 – 15 pounds in 20 days!!!!!!?

i weight 140 and i am 5 ft 7 in i am tall :( i despise bein tall and i want to wiegh 125 or 130 or less in 20 days so i can wear a bikini i really want to be very skinny cause i reckon i am stout so got any diets THAT WORK QUICK???
and i have tryed to make myself through up but nothing happens so i need a diet

    its called

    1. exercise for at least 30 minues 5 days a week
    2. eat more greens, eat less sugars and carbs
    3. keep your diet to 1300 calories per day!

    THATS IT! thats the MIRACLE DIET! the only problem is, people don’t realize its soo simple because they CAN’T stick to that routine

    Better hold off on that bikini wish for awhile longer. if you want to do it safely. Best to talk with your doctor about a safe diet and exercise routine that you can use. Too rapid a lose of weight can cause problems now and later .
