    The trick is exercise. If your still in school sign up for a sport. I do wrestling and lacrosse and im in fantastic shape. whats kinda weird is that you really like healthier foods when you are fit and that unhealthy stuff just doesn’t make you feel very fantastic.

    yeah, i cut down my proportions, didnt eat fattening foods and barely any carbs
    the first 20 pounds can be simple to loose
    the rest can be hard though
