ok so im 12 and weigh 105 pounds and im a flyer in cheerleading. except im not the kind of flyer i want to be (that means i just stand on someones leg) and its because all the other girls on my team are really skinny. so my goal weight is 85 pounds or less. and i dont want anyone saying its unhealthy or i shouldnt do it because its too much weight. I would like results. so if you can tell me everything i dont like things that just tell you the meals and not the recipes and daily meal plans. so if you could tell me recipes meal plans grocery list and especially if you know how to lose 1000 calories in one workout session that would be fantastic.and it has to be a 1600 calorie diet srry im asking for much im just serious about this. and pluse people keep calling me stout and i dont like so plz answer b4 tuesday.
