Hi! So I’m not really overweight but I could stand to drop a few to be a bit healthier, which is really what we all want, right?
Anyoo… I’m not really sure how to go about losing weight. I’ve been maintaining my weight for a few years by just doing some random cardio and eating honestly well, but I do have a taste for junk food occasionally and don’t tend to maintain a very consistent regimen with exercise. Does anyone have any advice as to how I could do some things to lose weight in my spare time? At this point I’m kind of willing to do anything, although it doesn’t have to be super quick. I just want to start making excellent choices now so I don’t have to worry so much later.

if its just diet that u wanna focus on then
a lot of carrot juice
having honey in hot water
if u take boiled eggs take only the white not the yellow.
press the pause button on coke, pepsi and potato chips.
drink loads of water.
if u drink stop taking beer.
Use whipped or softened butter or margarine. You’ll spread the flavor around using a lot less than if it were hard and you had to scrape it on.
if u r a meateterian, try balancing fish instead of pork and beef.
if u r ready 2 workout the best thiing wud be to wake up do the necesssary stuff and then just take a glass of water then start walking as far as u can and ul c the effect in a week at the max.
try some treadmill running if that suits u.
exercise during television commercials. Those 3-minute spurts will keep you out of the kitchen so as to stop u eatin durin breaks lol
