How to lose 10+ pounds in 4 weeks?

I am trying to lose as much weight as I possibly can, healthy, before schools starts! I want to have a dramatic change! Because when 7th grade finished, I was honestly chubbier than I am now. I’ve lost maybe 5 pounds already, but am able to lose 10-20 more pounds [says my mom] [And im not stout or very very very chubby, I am muscular]

Well, anyways, this is my diet that im starting on tomorrow!

Breakfast- 1 cup of frosted mini wheats [not the healthiest choice, i know!] with 1/2 cup of 2% milk [I dont use very much milk, and my parents only buy 2%]

A piece of fruit for snack. [Either a mango, fuji apple, or a tanelo orange [not sure if i spelt that right]]

Lunch- Asian crunch salad. [I buy it at Winco. It's really excellent]

Dinner- Chicken or salmon, with some asparagus or carrots [light seasonings, no sauces]

And throughout the day I drink about 2-3 cups of Crytal lite peach tea. [very excellent. Im addicted to it]

Well, for a diet that’s all we can really afford. It’s pretty excellent though, I reckon..

And for the past couple days I’ve been doing about 50 squats, 100+ crunches, 60+ stair steppers per day. But I want a better excercise plot.

I need to lose some weight from my thighs, like handels, abs, and upper arms. Some calf and lower back excersises too.

So, if anyone could list some excellent, helpful excersises and how many to do per day, that would be fantastic!

And I know I can lose 10+ pounds in 4 weeks, cause I’ve lost 5 pounds in 5 days. So dont say this is impossible, because I assure you it isnt.

    Crunches wont hely lose belly stout.
    They tone your muscles though.
    Try aerobics lots and lots of it.
    Try eating SMALL HEALTHY meals a day,
    It helps make your metabolism quicker.

    Well you are rather young, If you keep this exercise up, then surely throughout the year you’ll be in fantastic shape!

    but in such a small amount of time, you should wake up early and work out and before you sleep work out

    As far as thighs, keep doing those ab workouts, your abs are what give you stamina in other workouts, you should also take up jogging 2miles a day, that builds thigh muscle and keeps your body in tone

    AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER

    I would say switch to skim milk and a healthier cereal. Excellent going on the dinner… I read that asparagus and carrots are “negative calorie” foods because your body uses so many calories to break them down. Also excellent exercise regimen. How about that Crystal Light? Really sugary? I’ve never had Crystal Light, but it sounds sweet and that doesn’t help a diet…

    Also, add several glasses of water throughout your day to keep your system flushed.

    it is excellent that you are eating healthy, but you need to change the way you exercise. Doing squats and crunches and stuff like that will build muscle. but since you want to lose weight, you need to get active.. go for a walk or a jog.. go to the gym. walk on the treadmill.. ride your bike.. play a sport with friends… you should get at least an hour of physical activity a day….GET ACTIVE!!
    being active while being on a diet should bring you fantastic results!!
    **remember to drink plenty of water. especially while you’re active.

    Your losing weight quick right now, happens in the first month. After that you only lose about 4 pounds a month.
    Remember to do resistance training and try running. Drink lots of water and give up on junkfoods ^^.
