i need to lose at least 20 ponds by the 30th of htis month can someone help me

    Eat whatever you want, but only 100 calories an hour. It’s hard, but you drop pounds quick without being hungry. Delight in as many 0 cal things as you want (like water) and walk /jog at least 1 mile a day.

    Certainly, losing this much weight in such a small amount of time is really not healthy whatsoever. The max amount of weight you should be losing in any 30 day period is 10-15 pounds maximum.

    that much weight loss is just plain unhealthy for anyone, especially if you are a teen and your body is still growing, if you need to slim down, try to hit the gym, not starve yourself (although eating just until the hungry feeling stops and eating a healthy and balanced diet is not a terrible thought to improve your health) as to losing that much weight in only 10 days, don’t even try because you will just hurt your body

    sorry it’s impossible…you should have thought about it before the deadline. just try your toughest now to lose some weight…by exercising and eating healthy.

    Well, you could limit yourself to a few meals a day, and try to exercise as often as possible. you could try this:
    Breakfast: a fruit of some sort, ex. grapefruit (that’s what I eat.)
    Snack: a small 1/2 cup of fruit.
    Lunch: A salad of something nutritous. Not a lot of calories.
    Snack: I would eat fruit, like an apple or something.
    Dinner: Some grilled chicken, some veggies, maybe a fruit of some sort.

    You could also do some of these exercise routines:
    Ride a bike for about 30-1 hour.
    Do some crunches.push-ups, basic workouts.
    Maybe run or jog a mile a day. (My mom use to speed walk 5 miles a day.)
    Try to get up and moving! Get out of the house a bit more and work out a lot.

    ALSO!! I reckon its 75% of people that reckon they are hungry are really thirsty. I reckon thats the percent anyway. And try to cut out sweets from your diet, you can have some maybe once or twice a week, but I wouldn’t have anymore than that. Try to drink fruit juices and water instead of pop and energy drinks.
