I am a 15 year ancient girl who is 5′4.5” and weigh about 140 pounds. I want to exercise by doing Pilate’s and jogging everyday for 30-45 min. I don’t know if I can manage my time easily with my schoolwork and stuff. How do I remind my self to do this everyday? Will this be effective? When will I see and feel the results?

you seem fine to me :/ but if you must, you’ll need to increase your cardio gradually so that you don’t plateau ( meaning, that your body will get used to this and you won’t lose anymore weight). it’s possible…i’ve lost about 2 inches since september by cycling for an hour and then running for about 20 minutes. so you might be able to meet your goal sooner than you reckon. stay away from the cookie jar and you’ll be fine.

idk whats up with girls trying to lose so much weight, your height and weight are fine lol.
not like me that used to weigh 215 and was stout, and now im 180 and ripped lol.
jogging will more help you with speeding up metabolism and endurance, try joggin uphill, it will be hard as hell. but push yourself.
or go on a threadmill, crank up the speed and incline and walk for at least 40mins a day, thats how i did it, and i lost 20lbs in about 2 weeks.
do that everyday, IT MUST BE HIGH PACE! if you are not felling like you are going to fall in a secondm its not intense enough.
do that everyday and eat right and i bet you gona lose those 20 lbs by next month if not sooner
