how do i lose 10 pounds in 7 days?

If I eat a bowl of fruit (cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and pineapple chunks), and a plate of salad with chopped turkey and low calorie dressing, for two meals a day, drink 12 glasses of water a day, and work out 20 minutes on the elliptical 5 days a week and 40 minutes on two of those days….will i lose 10 pounds in a week?

probably gonna have to run more, maybe 45 minutes on average a day AT LEAST, and do sit-ups and push-ups, and stretch before running or sit-ups/push-ups. You might lose 10 pounds, but it depends on how much you weigh right now. It’s simpler for heavier people to lose pounds.

Fruit and lots of water are excellent for you, so don’t forget to do that. Only drink water, though. No soda of course

I don’t even reckon you could lose 10 lbs in a week on stout loss supplements and working your ass off and eating nothing but salads. It’s simply not possibly unless you’re horribly overweight. First of all, you want to eat 3 meals per day. Skipping meals or starving yourself will really cause you to gain weight. If you don’t provide your body with enough calories and protein, it will stop burning stout after an exercise and start to break down muscle instead. It is crucial to eat 3 times a day with small snacks in between each meal. Also, your workout regimen isn’t even close to being hard enough to lose weight. You need to go more around 60+ min for a workout at least, and 4-6 times a week. The elliptical isn’t a very efficient tool at losing weight since it burns about half the calories that a treadmill would. Try jogging and walking on a treadmill in intervals (e.g. jog 5 min, walk 1min, jog 5min, walk 1, sprint 1, walk 30, etc.) you can figure out what you want to do, but an elliptical isn’t going to cut it. Also, you want to get an ab workout in right after your cardio (treadmill). But, Only do the ab workout every other day- not every day. You can do cardio any day you want.
