How Do I Lose 10 pounds in 5 days?

Okay. I’m 19. 5′6″. 142 pounds.
I want to get a jumpstart on losing up to 20 pounds total, but I have something coming up in a week, so I want to get the first 10 pounds out of the way. Quick. I know it’s possible. I’ve done research, but I’m looking for a simple step by step **diet or exercise** to help me reach my goal. If anyone could help, I’d greatly appreciate it. :)
Thanks.
Very low calorie intake, lots of working out and PLENTY of water. Sound about right? :)
Also, running is out of bounds for me. I have terrible knees (osgood schlatters), and my shins hurt extremely terrible after the first 10 or 15 minutes (shin splints). Probably because I played an extreme amount of sports for 8 or so years.

Run at least 30 to 1hour a day.
Work on your abdominal area effectively. No cheating your way around.
There are plenty of youtube tutorials.
Stay away from junk food and Sugar intake. At least 50g of sugar would be excellent enough for the day.
Try not to eat food with so much stout in it.

you cannot lose ten pounds of stout. On the other hand you can take water pills to cut water weight. As soon as you drink though, it will come back so that’s useless. Try proper diet and real exercise. eat 4 to five small meals of chicken breast, turkey breast lean cuts of steak and seafood for protein. And whole wheat bread products. You can have fruit for part of your breakfast.
    meal one
option 1 turkey bacon, eggs and a bowl of oatmeal with some dried fruit.
option 2 lowfat yogurt (unsweetened) add splenda later. fruit with granola.
option 3 french toast (sweeten with splenda or aspartame syrup)

    meal two
option 1 turkey burger with orowheat buns (whole wheat)
option 2 chicken breast with broccoli or some other random veggie (i grill the chicken)
option 3 random fish fillet tillapia will have the most protein to fuel your body (more fuel more pound lossage)
    meal three
option 1 chicken sandwich lettuce tomato low stout dressing NO RANCH!!!
option 2 turkey sandwich same as before emphasis on whole grain bread
    option 3 fish

    meal four
option 1 rice with chicken and brocolli low stout cheese yum
option 2 some incarnation of turkey
option 3 use your imagination like steak or something lean.

meal 5 slam a protein shake
i recommend apex protein shake berry flavored it doesn’t taste like ass. or if you use the ancient fashioned whey protein place lotsa splenda and malted milk in their because i’m a pansy and thats how i make it taste excellent.

my bf followed this and has lost 3% of his weight straight body stout in 20 days.
oh very vital one cheat meal a week it can be truly heinous dessert included. it keeps your body guessing and burning that stout.
you need to go the gym and lift weights and go to aerobics classes thats the only way you can drop the weight and look excellent because no bod looks excellent if thin and flabby we want lean here.

Weight loss is a tough topic. Lots of people are miserable with their present weight, but most aren’t sure how to change it – and many would be better off staying where they are. You may want to look like the models or actors in magazines and on TV, but those goals might not be healthy or realistic for you. Besides, no magical diet or pill will make you look like someone else.

So what should you do about weight control?

Hope this can help u. :)

    Hi there,

I reckon you might be getting a small mixed up with what you want exactly. You say that you want to lose “weight” but that means you might want to get rid of some muscle too. You then say that you’d like to “shape” (I’d call it tone) your body a small which implies you want to build some muscle. I’m not trying to pick at your question – I just want to clarify the point for you.

To answer it in the best way, I am going to look at it as if you want to get rid of stout AND build muscle at the same time. If you’re looking to “trim” and “tone” your body, and espectially because you suggest you are not that overweight, I would suggest you start performing more intensive aerobic exercises such as jogging. I wouldn’t reckon you need to change the whole way you eat or go on a diet because if you’re wanting to build muscles – it’s better to do it all with exercise.

Exercises like jogging won’t exactly “build” your muscles on your stomach but they will help reduce the extra stout around there. Depending on how fit you are, you should go on daily or bi-daily jogs of around a mile. To build muscles, you should concentrate on anaerobic exercises such as sit-ups to help build muscles.

These muscle-building exercises will give your muscles the toning and training they need to grow and become more prominent. To start to see a real difference with sit-ups, you should be looking to do no more than 100 every day (more than that will often hurt your muscles).

If you stick to doing those two forms of exercise – jogging and sit-ups, you should see real improvements in a week or two. Remember, you should do them as often as you can (I.E every single day).

Loosing weight quick is always an unhealthy thing.
There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no excellent to your body. And there’s also the Jojo-effect.
The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.
Diet has to start in your head. And you already started to reckon about your nutrition. That’s an vital step. It is too simple just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly excellent result. Isn’t that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?

    - Healthy life every day!
    Take care,
    :-)
