I’m 14 years ancient, 5′4, about 135lbs. i just want to tone up my arms and lose weight in my legs, and tone up my stomach before school starts in a month and a week or so. i’ve completely cut out sodas, junk food, and sticking mainly with water and fruits and veggies. then meat for protein. no more than 2000 calories a day. i’ve also been working out everyday, running at least 3 miles a day, and playing tennis 3 times a week. is it possible to lose this in that amount of time?? please help me..
