How can I lose 20 pounds by the new year?

How do I exercise?
How much do I exercise?
What kind of foods do I eat?
I weight 145 pounds. And I eat about 2000 calories a day. I don’t exercise very much.

    That’s 5 weeks, so 4 pounds per week. 3500 calories = 1 pound so you need a net loss of 14000 calories each week. That’s 2000 per day, plus the 2000 that you take in by eating. You would have to burn 4000 calories each day to lose that much weight that quick. Most vigorous exercise burns less than 1000 calories per HOUR. You would have to work out pretty hard for 4+ hours EVERY DAY, while still staying nutritionally healthy to do this. I suppose its possible, but it is highly improbable.
