Does anyone know how can i lose 10-20 pounds quick and easily. i am someone very picky when it comes to eating, so there is certain diets i can’t follow. i tried eating more fruits, eating less sugar, and eating less but it doesnt work! if i dont eat enough, i feel like i’m going to faint and if i dont eat any sugar at all, i go crazy… :S wat should i do? can anyone help plz???
Eating less and doing 0 exercise won’t help you lose weight, u need to exercise while eating less
After you have ur dinner relax for 10 Min’s and then jog around ur local park 4 times or ur bed room 25 times, then do 10 situps and 10 pushups.
