Fish wrap: Striped bass may lose protection as political tide shifts
AS OFTEN as not, the turn of the tide means excellent fishing for the next several hours. Political tides, though, don’t always turn around so quickly, and it seems the Bay-Delta’s striped bass have a hard current coming their way.
