Does anyone know a fast cheap easy way to lose 20-25 pounds in 2 weeks?

I know your going to say its unhealthy but I will gain it back quick so does anyone know?

    Honestly, I cant know why you would want to hurt your body. It’s not about gaining it back, it’s about the major problems with losing weight that quick. When you gain it back, you place your heart and yourself at risk.

    I cant see why you would want to gain it back. And its not excellent for you. Will you settle for 15? That can be done in two weeks. Ok

    1)Dont crash diet!!
    2) Eat healthy as in stay away from quick food,pizza,ice cream ect. And eat in moderate amounts. Use kiddy plates during dinner is a excellent trick..
    3) Finally lots and lots of cardio. Running not walking, or swimming. Or biking. You have to get your heart rate up and keep it there for at least an hour to bur enough calories. Twice a day everyday if you can.

    Losing weight isnt simple unless you starve yourself which is about the dumbest thing you can do.

    Yet again a question where I wonder what planet you live on. Why on earth would you want to lose all that weight when you know you are only going to place it back on again. How completely pointless.
