		<description>Really keep it? You could always put a pound (or $, euros etc) in a bank account for each pound you lose and give away the food you no longer eat. Who to? That&#039;s up to you. 
The only practical answer is move more than you eat.

		<description>Your weight sounds perfectly normal for someone of your height! And you sound like your living a healthy lifestyle!!! I think what you need more is to have a better body image in your mind of how beautiful you really are! I am around your age and I struggle with body image issues... and they tear me apart!! I am not fat, and deep down I know it, but all of my friends are waaay thinner than I am and it gets hard at times! The pressure to be perfect really gets to some girls!! I know you are the right weight for your age and height, and don&#039;t let the stick thin girls tell you differently!! It&#039;s not all about weight, but more about taking the right actions to stay healthy and live a longer more fulfilling life!!

I hope this helps you... I know it helped me to get some things off of my shoulders and use my gained knowledge to help someone else feel better about themselves and support them in their task to gain confidence and truly see their inner beauty on the inside and out!!

Make sure you mix some running into that - you want to make sure you sweat.  Weights or yoga would be a good idea too, for toning muscle and to mix in some variety.

Don&#039;t cut all breads - it&#039;s been the staple of life throughout most of civilization, it&#039;s not all that bad.  Carbs aren&#039;t bad - Carbs that don&#039;t get used are.  You want to make sure you have some energy for exercise.  Just don&#039;t scarf down, and try to eat whole wheat.

Also see what else you can cut down on - sugary drinks can be brutal on a diet.  Look at food labels, and avoid soda and other overly sweet drinks.  Even a lot of fruit juice can add on the pounds because of all the sugars!


For the record, your weight should also take into account your height and build.  I know some girls your weight that weigh your goal weight and look great, but I also know some that would look ill at that weight just because they have larger chests and hips, or just a more athletic frame.</description>

You don&#039;t want to go to bed with food in your tummy. The digestive process takes approximately 8 hours but slows down when you go to sleep.. so want it well out of the tummy. It should be out in that 4 hour period.</description>
