I am 5′1 and 155 and really really want to get back down to 125- 130. I know diet and exercise, which I have been exercising 5 days a week (cardio 20 min, weights 45 min then cardio again for 15 min) I am somewhat okay on the exercising part but its the actual food. I have such a terrible sweet tooth. So please if you can tell me, what I should be buying at the grocery store so that I, I stay away from quick food. I nearly need a complete plot laid out for me, on what to eat day to day. If you have any advice on food or if I should change my exercise, or even something to speed up my metabolism, please let me know.

Thursday, May 27th, 2010Ok so it’s becoming the time of the season when shorts and tank tops are flaunted…too terrible I have all my winter chubs still intact. I was wondering if there is a crzy quick way to lose 15-20 pounds and keep it off. I am willing to try any crazy diet thing you guys have. I’m currently 130 pounds and am 5′4. I do dance 5 days a week, but its just hip hop and isn’t intense. I really am not looking for any kind of workout but if you know somthing quick and simple give it to me.
Anyone have any thoughts?
