I am 12 nearly 13 now and I’m 4′8 and 115-120 pounds. I really want to lose wieght dont say im average and I don’t like being chubby. I’ve also done my research that 3500 calories are in each pound. So I really want to now if there is a better simple workout to lose the 3500 calories each day. I dont care how long I have the whole day. Also recommend workouts to get slimmer legs and tummy.
I eat a large healthy breakfast with a protein shake and/or a fruit(s).
I eat a smaller lunch.Like 50% of how much I would normally eat.
I eat a light dinner.
Also I eat a snack at some point in the day. Usually yogurt
I also don’t eat after 8-8:30
I work out after my breakfast for 2 – 3 hours:
For 1 hour I walk up and down the stairs I would lose 434 calories
OR
For 1 hour I run up and down the stairs I lose 816 calories.
I jumprope at a moderate speed for an hour so I would lose 545 calories
OR
at quick pace jump roping I lose 653 per hour.
I drink lots of water while exercising.
Dont recommend pills or acai berry. Also I can’t afford to go to gyms.
Suggest ways of workouts to lose alot of calories. I dont care how long

Im getting married next month and want to look my absolute best! What are some excellent but effective ways to lose weight quick and help me keep it off so I can achieve this? I want to at least lose 20 pounds by next month. I’ve been eating right and working out everyday but nothing seems to be working for me and im getting really frustrated

I am always in town due to classes and work so it’s hard to eat smart when I’m surrounded by quick food. I’ve lost about 7 pounds in the past month, but I’m going to the beach in less than 4 weeks. I tried my bathing suits on last night and I saw how I looked in them. I started bawling my eyes out! I couldn’t believe I let myself get like that.
It’s my freshman year of college. I know everyone gains that ‘freshman 15′, but I went from 110 to over 140. I reckon its because I cheered and played tennis and that kept me active. Now I’m always so busy I just grab something and go.
I’m not really worried about the numbers, I just want to be satisfied with the way I look. I don’t want to be skinny, but I want to be smaller than I am and toned. Any tips or advice? please?

I’m running 2 miles a day (about 15 minutes each) and doing 100 crunches. I’m also eating ALOT less. I eat maybe 1000 calories a day, if not 800. My starting weight is 196, and I’m 5′6. How long do you reckon it will take to lose 20 pounds. Also, if you reckon there’s a quicker way to lose to weight (different types of workouts, certain foods to eat more of/less of, etc), please let me know. Thanks in advance!
